  • Daily oversight on the renovation of a three-story barracks building, central utility plant and restoration of exterior landscaping on a government facility.
  • Duties include, assisting with SSHO duties, running pull plan meetings, issue weekly meeting minutes to subcontractors, running self-preform crews when needed, SWEPP inspections, calling special inspections, coordinating with quality project manager, assisting with QC inventory and schedule updated.
  • Completing quantity take off for bid proposals, estimating multiple divisions on bid teams, completing logistics plans and schedules for upcoming projects.

Fresenius Medical Care (December 2012 – June 2021)

  • Successfully completed 71 projects, including ground-up, build-out, remodel, and fit up projects with Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) within 9 years while strategically managing and coordinating a $75M portfolio.
  • Developed and pitched the concept for Acquisition Integration and Commissioning Division within the Real Estate Construction Services Division to the Group RECS RVP; the company implemented this division based on developed outline and details, thus resulting in a time savings, and generating millions in revenue.
  • Served as RECS West Division Project Manager responsible for a construction portfolio of dialysis facilities more than $58M, including renovation, maintenance, new builds, and relocations, with an average project load of 28-35 in CA, HI, NV, and CO
  • Generated budgets for projects ranging in value from $50K to $5.5M
  • Actively reviewed project documents to proactively identify potentials issues with leasing, site construction, procurement, and engineering.
